Wildlife killing
Contests
United States
Wildlife Killing Contests are competitions where the goal is to kill as many predator species as possible, within a set time frame, in order to win money and prizes. Along with our partner Project Coyote, our #stopthekill campaign exposed this niche group of hunters to over 10 million people across the United States and is responsible for making these contests illegal in three additional states. Wildlife killing contests are still legal in over 40 states and our fight to protect animals and bring awareness to this issue lives on.
